The History of the Aperitif begins in Turin in 1876 (Piedmont / Italy) with Vermouth, a delicious Flavored Wine. Furthermore, the Creams and Sauces can be appreciated with first and second courses, on the occasion of Parties, Events or in Romantic Tête-à-tête.
❶ - White Truffle Cream is a concentrate of the famous “Tuber Magnatum Pico” and has 73% White Truffle, Olive Oil and a few grains of Salt. Ideal for flavoring important first and second courses, it is also an excellent base for the preparation of courtly banquets. White Truffle Cream is the Queen of Preserved Truffle Products.
❷ - The Precious Black Truffle Cream contains 73% of this precious Tuber, Olive Oil and a few grains of salt. Ideal for flavoring first and second courses, but also canapés and croutons. It also lends itself excellently with ravioli filled with meat, enhancing its taste and flavour. To better appreciate the quality of the product, use about 20 g per person.
❸ - White Truffle Olive Oil Dressing. Better known as Truffle Oil, it is a product suitable for flavoring all dishes to taste. It is advisable to use it raw to fully appreciate its qualities. To better appreciate its qualities, use about 5 / 10 ml of product per person.
