Preserved goods – For products with a long shelf life such as preserves, sauces, wines, and non-perishable products, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us via email at info@albatartufi.com. In the event of a return, the product must be returned intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer, except for defects or errors attributable to the seller.

Services – For Services such as the Nature Tour or the Truffle Tour, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the Service Purchase date by notifying us via email at info@albatartufi.com. In the event of withdrawal, the customer may opt for an alternative Tour date or, in the event of force majeure, a refund of the amount paid.

ALBA TARTUFI guarantees that the products delivered and the services provided comply with current regulations and the descriptions on the website.

In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product in long-term storage, the customer must report the problem within 14 days by sending a written notification to info@albatartufi.com with photographic documentation. For perishable goods and services, please refer to point 6. Right of Withdrawal. .

Based on the assessment of each case, a refund, replacement, or voucher of equal value may be arranged.

8. Liability

Under no circumstances may compensation exceed the value of the order itself.
